Exchange & Return Process (Ta-Da Chair Series 2)
If you find that the size of your Ta-Da Chair Series 2 does not suit you, we’re here to help. Please follow the simple steps below.
Step 1 – Contact us
Email us at serve@ja2go.com ; Subject line: Ta-Da Chair S2 Exchange / Return
Please include your order number and let us know whether you would like an exchange or a return.
Step 2 – Return label provided
Once we receive your email, we will send you an Australia Post return label.
Step 3 – Send the item back
Attach the return label to the original box and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post Office. No additional payment is required.
Step 4 – Item inspection
Once we receive the item, we will check its condition. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be:
- In new and unused condition
- Free from damage or signs of use
- Suitable for resale
Step 5 – Choose one of the following:
- Returns: A refund will be processed once the item has passed inspection.
- Exchanges: We will arrange shipment of the replacement item after inspection.
Important note
Items returned with visible signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
