Where is my order?

To track your order status, please follow the tracking instruction from our home page chat function.

Can I cancel, update or edit my order?

Please contact us with your request and we can cancel, update, and edit your order. However, if the order has been shipped and it might take a longer time for us to track the item before any order change.

If my order arrives damaged or is faulty?

Please provide photo evidence & text description of the damaged item(s), fill in the warranty form and we will get back to you in 2-5 business days.

What if I change my mind?

If you have changed your mind about your purchase we only accept the return and refund down the following conditions:

  1. Returned within 14 days of receiving the order
  2. Item is as new, not used, worn or opened. All original packaging and tags are in a resalable condition.
  3. Customer will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item(s)
  4. if we didn’t receive the item will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We recommend customers insure a high-value item with your return goods.
  5. If the returned item does not meet the change of mind condition of the policy, the customer will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your address

How long do I need to wait for my click & collect an order?

Except for preorder items, it normally takes us 2-3 business days to process your order, once your order is ready for pick up we will send you a notification email.

How do I know if a product is in stock or preorder?

if you did not see the preorder label on the product name we have in stock. However If you are still unsure about it please feel free to call us 07 3277 9086 to check the availability.

How long does parcel take to ship?

We commit to post the order within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Do you offer express shipping?

What is the Delivery timeframe?

  • 2 - 5+ business days to ship to QLD
  • 3 - 5+ business days to ship to NSW
  • 4 - 6+ business days to ship to VIC
  • 7 - 9+ business days to SA, WA, ACT 
  • 10+ business days to NT and other rural areas

How do I track my delivery?

All our shipped parcel has a tracking number, please find your tracking number via the email we sent and track your parcel using the website provided.

Why is my tracking information not updating?

Your shipping information might not be updated instantly due to system sync time on our data. However, if you receive the tracking number that means your item is on the way and please use the courier website (Auspost, Fastway, Courierplease) to track your delivery status.

How long do I have to wait for my payment to go through?

Credit card payment usually goes through instantly, and bank transfers usually take 2-3 business days to clear the payment.

Can I use my gift card?

The store gift card can be used in the online store and can not be redeemed for cash. please note, we do not accept or renew issued gift cards if the card has expired.

No, we do not do price matches, however, if you have found the cheaper price with the same item (including shipping cost) we are willing to look into the potential discount.
