Launched last year in response to the difficult times we were all faced with due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, our Lightning pans are our no-frills, best ever value pans.  These were intended to be a one-off, though you guys have been loving your Lightning pans so much, we were inundated with requests to launch them in Quenched™! 

Being a small, local manufacturer gives us the ability to be agile and responsive to our customers' requests. Our community drives everything we do, so we're delighted to bringing these back for you with our new seasoned finish. 

But, these won't be going to retail, so this is your only opportunity to secure our LIghtning range, seasoned for you! 

We eliminated every non-essential cost, reduced the iron thickness from 3mm to 2.5mm, removed some of the costly engraving and finishings and shaved our margins to the bone. 

The result is a pan that's 16% lighter, even faster to heat,  and significantly lower in price than our flagship retail range! 

But most importantly, they are still 100% Australian-made from clean Australian iron, and built to last generations.
