About Washed Process:

Farmers picked the coffee cherries and de-pulped them, then immersed the coffee in a water tank to dilute the mucilage covering the beans, controlling the fermentation process, usually overnight. After washing, the mucilage is removed, and the beans are left to dry for several days. Subsequently, a hulling machine is used to remove the outer shell of the coffee, and the remaining parts are what we call green beans. This method ensures a clean cup profile, allowing the inherent flavors of the beans to shine, while the controlled fermentation contributes to the coffee's unique and refined qualities.
